Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, LP is seeking motivated part-time staff for plasma donor screening and phlebotomy support in the WA Vancouver area. Expect 4–6 hour shifts, 3+ days per week, with scheduling coordinated during interviews.

Responsibilities include donor screening, vital signs, and maintaining accurate donor charts while supporting daily center operations. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required; safety and customer service are top priorities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand/walk for the entire shift.
• Evenings, weekends and holidays work.
• Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally; up to 32 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Maintain donor charts, records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for center process improvements using approved procedures.
• Be available for varied shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
