Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Tukwila, WA is seeking a part-time donor screener/phlebotomist to support plasma center operations. You will greet donors, perform screenings, and collect plasma while ensuring safety and accuracy in records.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with shifts typically 4–6 hours, 3+ days per week. Paid interactive training is provided, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk/stand for the full shift.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays availability.
• Able to lean, bend, stoop, crouch and reach.
• Lift up to 5 lbs and occasionally up to 32–50 lbs.
• Exposure to bloodborne pathogens with glove use.
• 1+ year in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Screen donors and take donor vital signs and finger sticks.
• Record donor information and manage donor charts in the system.
• Coordinate donor compensation and center records.
• Assist with center processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Support donors across varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
