BioLife Plasma Services in Kissimmee, FL is hiring a part-time plasma donor screener and phlebotomist. You will welcome donors, perform donor screening, record vitals, and support center operations while following safety procedures.

We value customer service experience, flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally. Training provided and you will use the Donor Information System to maintain records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and stand for the entire shift.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• 1+ years in a customer-facing role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and answer phones while ensuring donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vitals and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities to improve center processes using approved procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
