BioLife in Orlando is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener and phlebotomist to support plasma center operations. Shifts are 4–6 hours, 3+ days per week, with paid training and ongoing support. You will ensure donor safety and accurate record keeping.

Responsibilities include donor screening, vital signs, and using the Donor Information System, with opportunities for growth within a fast-paced environment. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and stand for the entire shift.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift light to moderate loads.
• Fine motor coordination and depth perception.
• Exposure to bloodborne pathogens; gloves required.
• 1+ years in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donor safety.
• Screen donors and record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities to improve center processes and implement approved changes.
• Work variable shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
