Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, LP in Orlando, FL is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener and phlebotomy assistant. You will handle donor interactions, screen donors, and collect vital signs while maintaining accurate records. Expect evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts as part of your schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience in a customer or patient facing role is helpful.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on our donors while ensuring donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and take and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes using company approved procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays, and holidays.
