Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, LP is seeking a part-time donor screener/phlebotomist to support plasma center operations in Casselberry, FL. You will greet donors, screen them, record vital signs, and handle donor compensation using our system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years minimum in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire shift.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays work availability.
• Lifts up to 50 lbs. and occasional heavier materials.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and maintain donor safety and service quality.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and initiate changes per procedures.
• Support donors across variable shifts including weekends and holidays.
