BioLife is offering truly part-time roles with 4 to 6 hours per day, 3+ days per week, designed to fit your life. You will support plasma center operations as a donor screener and phlebotomy helper under supervision.

You will participate in a paid, interactive training program and have the opportunity to contribute to a life-saving process while maintaining great donor service and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to greet donors and answer phones.
• Ability to screen donors and record vital signs.
• Maintain accurate donor charts and records.
• Coordinate donor compensation and schedules.
• Commitment to safety and schedule adherence.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors; take and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System; prepare donor charts and maintain records; coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational opportunities for center process improvements and assist changes per procedures.
• Be available for a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
