BioLife in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener/phlebotomy support. Shifts are 4–6 hours, 3+ days per week, with paid, interactive training and schedules designed to fit busy lives.

You will greet donors, screen, take vitals, record data in the Donor Information System, and support center operations while maintaining safety and quality.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, can lift up to 50 lbs, and are willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand/walk for the full shift.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as described.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and screen donors, answer phones, and ensure donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors, record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement approved changes.
• Support donors across a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
