Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the shift.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.
• Lift to 50 lbs on rare occasions.
• Glove use due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Maintain donor charts and accurate records; coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities to improve center processes and follow approved procedures.
• Work various shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
