Job summary

BioLife in Green Bay, Wisconsin, is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener and phlebotomy support. You will greet donors, screen them, take vital signs, and ensure donor safety during shifts that include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and perform donor screening, phlebotomy, and documentation to support center operations. Training is paid and interactive, and you’ll use systems to manage donor records and compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for long periods.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while focusing on donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts and maintain records.
• Coordinate donor compensation and ensure accurate documentation.
• Support center processes and participate in improvements per approved procedures.
