Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener/phlebotomist to support center operations in Wisconsin. You will interact with donors, screen them, record vital signs, and help manage donor charts and compensation.

The role requires a reliable, communicative team player willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will use our Donor Information System, contribute to safety and quality, and participate in ongoing training to ensure exemplary service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and stand for the full shift.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, and reach.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors and ensure donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs and finger sticks.
• Prepare donor charts and maintain accurate records; coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational opportunities and initiate approved process improvements.
• Maintain flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays.
