Job summary

BioLife is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener to support center operations in Green Bay, WI. You will perform phlebotomy tasks, screen donors, record vital signs, and ensure donor safety while delivering strong customer service.

You will work evenings, weekends, and holidays with shifts designed to fit your life and participate in paid training. Prior patient-facing experience helps, but we provide comprehensive onboarding.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and stand for the full shift.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays work availability.
• Bend, reach, and lift as required during duties.
• Lift up to 5 lbs and occasional heavier lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Fine motor skills, depth perception, and hearing equipment at distance.
• Bloodborne pathogen safety with glove wear.
• 1+ years in customer or patient-facing roles is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donor safety.
• Screen donors and record vital signs and finger sticks.
• Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, and document records.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements per approved procedures.
• Support donors across varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
