Job summary

BioLife Plasma Center in Green Bay, WI is seeking a part-time Donor Screener/Phlebotomist to join our team. You will greet donors, perform screening, record vital signs, and support center operations.

You’ll work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, with 4–6 hour days, 3+ days per week, and paid interactive training. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, and prior customer-facing experience is

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire shift.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays work availability.
• Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees.
• Lifts up to 5 lbs. and occasional lifting up to 32 lbs. (rarely 50 lbs).
• Fine motor coordination and hearing equipment from a distance.
• 90% of tasks require glove wear due to bloodborne pathogen exposure.
• 1+ year in customer or patient-facing roles is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and answer phones while ensuring donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes per procedures.
• Work varied shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
