Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Green Bay is looking for a part-time plasma donor screener/phlebotomist. You will support center operations by welcoming donors, performing screenings, and collecting high-quality plasma.

You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and participate in a paid training program. Flexible scheduling includes evenings, weekends, and holidays to fit your life while helping patients who rely on plasma therapies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to walk and stand for the entire shift.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Potential lifting up to 50 lbs. occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen donors and record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use our Donor Information System and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for center process improvements and implement approved changes.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
