Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a part-time donor screener with phlebotomy responsibilities in Green Bay, WI. You will greet donors, screen them, and ensure safety during donor interactions, while processing donor information and compensation in our system.

This role requires reliability, flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a high school diploma. Training is paid and designed to help you grow within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• 1+ years in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and take/record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for center process improvements and initiate changes per approved procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
