Job summary

BioLife is offering a part-time role at our plasma donation center in Washington (Lacey). You will screen donors, perform phlebotomy to support center operations, and maintain donor records while ensuring safety and quality. Shifts are 4–6 hours, 3+ days per week, with training provided.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and reliability, including working evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation and benefits reflect our focus on patient care and community support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to walk/stand for entire shift and lift up to 32 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring donor and staff safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System and maintain donor charts and records.
• Coordinate donor compensation and identify opportunities for process improvements.
