Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum one year in a customer or patient facing role is helpful.
• Ability to walk, stand, lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and manage donor flow on the floor.
• Perform phlebotomy duties and venipuncture.
• Monitor donors and respond to reactions during donation.
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot plasmapheresis equipment.
• Document donor information in the DIS system.
• Coordinate donors to the donor floor and compensate donors with Debit Card system.
• Support center management in process improvements.
