Job summary

BioLife is hiring a part-time plasma donor screener and phlebotomist in Burleson, TX. The role features 4–6 hour shifts, 3+ days per week, with paid training to help you start strong and grow in a fast-paced center environment.

You will greet donors, screen first-time and returning donors, record vital signs, and manage donor charts using our information system. This position emphasizes safety, service, and reliability while supporting center operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to walk/stand for the shift.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 32 lbs occasionally and 5 lbs routinely.
• Experience in customer or patient-facing roles is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and maintain donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational improvements and support center processes.
