Qualifications

• 1+ years minimum experience in a customer or patient facing role.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift light loads as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support center operations.
