Job summary

Takeda is seeking a part-time Plasma Donor Screener/Phlebotomist at our Findlay, OH BioLife center. You will perform donor screening, phlebotomy, and maintain accurate donor records while delivering excellent customer service in a high-quality plasma center environment.

The role requires flexibility for afternoon/evening/weekend hours, a willingness to work a variety of shifts, and the ability to lift up to 32 lbs in some tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Customer-facing role experience is helpful.
• Ability to screen donors and record vital signs accurately.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and ensure donor safety.
• Screen donors and record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Maintain donor charts and coordinate donor compensation using the Donor Information System.
• Identify opportunities to improve center processes per approved procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
