Job summary

BioLife, part of Takeda, seeks a part-time plasma donor screener and phlebotomy support in Mentor, OH. You’ll greet donors, screen, and record vital signs, while maintaining safety and accuracy in donor charts and compensation records.

Shifts are 4–6 hours, 3+ days per week, including weekends. High school diploma required; evenings and holidays may be needed. Paid training and benefits are offered to support your growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer or patient-facing roles helpful.
• Phlebotomy or donors/screening experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and ensure donor safety.
• Screen donors and record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Maintain donor charts and donor compensation records.
• Identify opportunities to improve center processes per approved procedures.
• Support donors across varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
