Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Stevens Point, WI is seeking a truly part-time plasma donor screener/phlebotomist. Shifts are typically 4 to 6 hours, 3+ days per week, designed to fit your life, with paid, interactive training to start strong.

You will greet donors, screen first-time and returning donors, record vital signs, and maintain donor charts while coordinating compensation. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential to support center operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.
• Ability to walk or stand for the full shift.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while prioritizing donor safety.
• Screen donors and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Maintain donor charts and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities to improve center processes per approved procedures.
• Support donors by working a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
