Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to walk/stand for shift duration.
• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• 1+ years in customer-facing role helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, ensuring safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record vitals and fingerstick results.
• Prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within approved procedures.
• Work varied shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
