Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, LP is seeking a part‑time plasma donor screener/phlebotomist to support center operations in Stevens Point, WI. You’ll help donors, perform vital sign checks, and maintain donor records with the Donor Information System.

This role requires standing for shifts, evening/weekend availability, and willingness to learn through a paid training program. Competitive benefits accompany a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire shift.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays required.
• Ability to lift up to 32 lbs. and occasionally 50 lbs.
• Glove use due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Prepare donor charts and coordinate donor compensation in the Donor Information System.
• Identify opportunities to improve center processes and implement approved changes.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
