• Basic physical ability to stand or walk during shifts and lift light materials as needed.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donor experience while ensuring safety.
• Screen donors, measure vital signs, and record finger stick results.
• Prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational improvements and assist with center process changes.
• Support donors across varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
