Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, LP in Fond du Lac, WI is seeking a part-time Plasma Donor Screener to support center operations. You will perform phlebotomy, screen donors, record vital signs, and coordinate donor compensation while greeting donors with excellent service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the shift.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fine motor coordination and hearing equipment from a distance.
• 1+ year in a customer or patient-facing role helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet and focus on donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record vital signs and finger sticks.
• Prepare donor charts and coordinate donor compensation in the Donor Information System.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and support center changes.
• Work varied shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
