Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, LP in Stevens Point, Wisconsin, is hiring a part-time plasma donor screener with phlebotomy responsibilities to support center operations and donor health screening.

You will interact with donors, perform phlebotomy, record vitals, and use the Donor Information System to maintain accurate donor charts and compensation records. Shifts include evenings, weekends, and holidays; training is paid and designed to get you ready for impactful work in a life‑changing field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.
• Ability to walk/stand for the entire shift.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, prioritizing safety and donor experience.
• Screen donors and record vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System to prepare donor charts and coordinate compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes per procedures.
• Work varied shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
