BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a dedicated part-time donor screener/phlebotomist in Pittsburgh, PA. You will greet donors, perform phlebotomy, record vitals, and manage donor charts while ensuring safety and quality. The role includes variable shifts, including weekends and holidays, to support operations.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and be comfortable standing for long periods. Training is provided, with onboarding as part of a paid program.

Formación

• Must have strong customer service orientation and communicate clearly.
• Phlebotomy Skills and donor screening experience are advantageous.
• Ability to stand/walk for shift length and lift light loads as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Maintain donor charts in the Donor Information System and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support center operations.
• Work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays.
