Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a part-time Phlebotomist to join our team in the Pittsburgh area. The position involves donor screening, phlebotomy, and supporting plasma center operations with reliability and customer service.

You will greet donors, perform venipuncture, monitor donor safety, and assist with equipment setup and maintenance. Evening, weekend shifts are required, with paid training and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk/stand for the full shift.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical duties.
• 1+ year experience in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and manage donor flow on the floor.
• Perform venipuncture and operate plasmapheresis equipment.
• Monitor donors during donation and respond to reactions.
• Assist with setup, operation, and troubleshooting of plasmapheresis equipment.
• Record donor data in the information system and maintain accuracy.
