Job summary

BioLife Plasma Center in the United States offers part-time roles with 4–6 hour shifts, 3+ days per week, designed to fit personal schedules. You will screen donors, perform phlebotomy, answer phones, and coordinate donor compensation while ensuring donor and staff safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and stand for the entire shift.
• Evenings, weekends and holidays are required.
• Lift up to 5 lbs and occasionally up to 32 lbs, with rare 50 lbs.
• Prolonged glove use due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
• 1+ year in customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and maintain donor safety.
• Screen first-time and returning donors and record vital signs.
• Prepare donor charts and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational improvements and implement approved changes.
• Work varied shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
