Job summary

BioLife is seeking a part-time Plasma Donor Screener to join our Spring, TX center. You will screen donors, perform phlebotomy, maintain donor charts, and support center operations with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

The role offers flexible 3+ days per week, 4–6 hours per shift, with paid training and a commitment to helping donors. Prior customer-facing experience and a high school diploma are beneficial.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk/stand for the entire shift.
• Evenings, weekends and holidays availability.
• Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally; gloves required for tasks.
• 1+ year in a customer or patient facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors and ensure donor safety.
• Screen donors and record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities to improve center processes and implement changes.
• Work varied shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
