Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, LP in Cordova, TN is seeking a part-time donor screener/phlebotomist to support plasma center operations.

You will interact with donors, record vital signs, and use the Donor Information System to maintain charts and compensation details. This role requires working evenings, weekends, and holidays on a 4–6 hour shift, 3+ days per week.

The compensation includes a starting hourly wage with benefits and opportunities for process improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 32 lbs and occasionally 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System to prepare donor charts and maintain records.
• Coordinate donor compensation and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Support donors across various shifts including weekends and holidays.
