Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and stand for entire shift.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Prolonged glove wear due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Screen and greet donors; ensure donor and team safety.
• Record donor vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Maintain donor charts and records; coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for center process improvements and implement approved changes.
• Work varied shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
