Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Indianapolis is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener with phlebotomy responsibilities. Most shifts run 4 to 6 hours, 3 or more days per week, including evenings and weekends.

You will greet donors, screen them, record vital signs, and use our Donor Information System to maintain charts and coordinate compensation. The role supports center operations with a strong emphasis on safety and service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to walk and stand for entire shift.
• Evenings, weekends and holidays work availability.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for center process improvements and follow approved procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
