Job summary

BioLife in Pensacola, FL is seeking a compassionate plasma donor screener and phlebotomy assistant for truly part-time shifts. This role offers 4-6 hours per day, 3+ days weekly, with paid interactive training and a friendly, fast-paced environment.

You will greet donors, record vital signs, use the Donor Information System, and help ensure safety and accurate compensation, reporting to the Plasma Center Manager. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer or patient-facing work experience preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for full shifts.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfort with safety protocols and bloodborne pathogen exposure.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring donor and team safety.
• Screen donors and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System and maintain donor charts and records.
