Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Pensacola, FL is hiring a part-time phlebotomist. The role involves greeting donors, performing venipuncture, and supporting plasma center operations with a focus on customer service.

You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and work 4–6 hours per day, 3+ days per week, including evenings and weekends. The position includes a paid interactive training program and benefits typical for part-time roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire shift.
• Evenings, weekends and holidays work may be required.
• Able to lift up to 32 lbs. occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors as they enter and exit the donor floor.
• Perform venipuncture and operate plasmapheresis equipment.
• Monitor donors and manage reactions during donation.
• Assist with setup, operation, and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Record donor information and monitor vital signs.
• Coordinate donors to donor floor and use Debit Card system for compensation.
