Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in customer or patient-facing role is helpful.
• Walk/stand for the full shift and work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Lift to 32 lbs on occasion and perform simple phlebotomy tasks.
• Maintain safety and accuracy while recording donor data.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and maintain donor safety and service.
• Screen new and returning donors; record vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Prepare donor charts in the Donor Information System and coordinate donor compensation.
• Suggest process improvements and support center operations per procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
