Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Tampa, FL is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener and phlebotomy assistant to support center operations. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager, greet donors, screen donors, and perform phlebotomy as needed. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and stand for the entire shift.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays work availability.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on occasion.
• Experience in customer or patient-facing roles is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen donors and record donor vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Use Donor Information System and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational opportunities and initiate process improvements.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
