Job summary

BioLife is offering part-time roles in Tallahassee, Florida, with shifts typically 4–6 hours, 3+ days per week. The position includes paid interactive training and benefits.

You’ll screen donors, perform phlebotomy, greet donors, and help manage donor records while ensuring safety and service quality. This part-time role reports to the Plasma Center Manager and requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire shift
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Customer-facing experience helpful

Responsibilities

• Assist donors during the screening and phlebotomy process
• Answer phones, greet donors, and ensure donor safety
• Record donor vital signs and finger stick results
• Prepare donor charts and coordinate donor compensation in the information system
• Identify operational improvement opportunities and support center processes
• Work varied shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays
