Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand/walk for entire shift.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Prolonged glove wear due to bloodborne pathogens.
• 1+ years in a customer-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen new/repeat donors and record vital signs.
• Use Donor Information System to prepare donor charts and coordinate compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and participate in changes.
• Work a variety of shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
