Hillcrest Firethorn in Lincoln, NE is seeking a compassionate Part-Time Physical Therapist to join our therapy team. You will evaluate residents, develop individualized plans, and provide skilled therapy to improve mobility and independence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program is required.
• Current Nebraska Physical Therapist license or eligibility required.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply and start in a supportive setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and create individualized care plans.
• Provide skilled therapy to improve mobility, safety and independence.
• Complete comprehensive PT evaluations and document on time.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate residents/families on exercises and movement strategies.
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy team and other disciplines.
• Support discharge planning and transitions when appropriate.
