Hillcrest Health & Living in Lincoln, NE is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our therapy team at Hillcrest Firethorn on a part-time basis. This position welcomes new graduates and experienced therapists who are focused on helping residents regain strength, mobility, independence, and confidence.

You will evaluate residents, create individualized care plans, and deliver skilled PT services designed to improve safety and daily functioning.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current or eligible Nebraska Physical Therapist license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, senior living, rehabilitation, or similar setting preferred.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide skilled therapy to improve mobility and independence.
• Complete comprehensive PT evaluations.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate residents and families on exercises, mobility strategies, safety, and continued progress.
• Collaborate with nursing, providers, and therapy team members.
• Support safe discharge planning and transitions.
