Job summary

Qualifications

Nebraska PTA licensure is required.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and create personalized treatment plans to improve function, mobility, and overall well‑being.
Provide physical therapy services in client homes while ensuring the highest quality of care.
Collaborate with nurses, occupational therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
Accurately document care and communicate progress to ensure seamless coordination.
Educate patients and families on exercise, safety, and home programs to support lasting results.
