Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Part-time Physical Therapist in Wilmington, NC who will evaluate and treat patients, coordinate care with other disciplines, and educate patients on home exercise programs to prevent injuries. • DPT degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass NPTE.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.
• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
