Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our clinician-led team at Mentor Ridge, Mentor, OH. This role focuses on delivering patient-centered care and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.

The ideal candidate holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy, an active state license, and NPTE readiness; prior PT experience is preferred. This part-time position offers daytime hours, full benefits, 401k matching, licensure reimbursement, and career

• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required

• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
