Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients’ physical conditions and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, posture, body mechanics and self-management strategies.
• Maintain documentation of patient progress, plans, and outcomes in compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
