Job summary

Endeavor Health in Elmhurst, IL is seeking a Physical Therapist II for the Center for Health Site. This full-time position offers 40 hours per week with clinic hours M–Th 7:00–19:00 and Fri 7:00–17:30, plus one evening shift and one Saturday every four months.

You will provide direct PT services, develop individualized plans, educate patients, and stay current with techniques while advancing your professional growth through residency and fellowship opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Master of Science or Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.
• Current State of Illinois Physical Therapist licensure.
• Valid driver's license if offsite duties are assigned.
• American Heart Association BLS CPR certification.
• Physical Therapist II requires minimum of 2 years work experience.
• Lymphedema experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to achieve functional goals.
• Evaluate patient status and implement therapeutic programs.
• Educate patients and engage them in their own care.
• Stay updated on developments, techniques, and equipment in physical therapy.
• Maintain clinical reasoning to achieve outcomes.
