Job summary

Endeavor Health seeks PRN Physical Therapists for inpatient and outpatient roles across Illinois, including Elmhurst and Chicago-area sites. This evergreen opportunity means applications place you in consideration for current and future PRN positions at various locations.

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in IL
• Graduation from a PT program approved by relevant accrediting bodies
• CPR certification required
• For PT II: minimum of 2 years work experience
• For PT I: open to 0 to 2 years' experience

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation, treatment, and follow-up services to physician-referred patients
• Prepare and maintain accurate patient records including evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries and billing
