Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an A.P.T.A. accredited program or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient care without double booking.
• Assess, treat, and care for patients in assigned area following evaluation.
• Develop and implement treatment plans to restore function and reduce pain.
• Document patient records, billing and communications per guidelines.
