Endeavor Health is hiring a Physical Therapist II to provide direct PT services at our Elmhurst location. The role emphasizes comprehensive evaluations, individualized treatment plans, and patient education to improve functional outcomes.

Ideal candidates possess a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy, IL licensure, and at least 2 years of experience. We offer mentorship, growth opportunities, and a range of specialties within orthopedics, pediatrics, and lymphedema as part of a collaborative care

Qualifications

• Current State of Illinois Physical Therapist licensure.
• A valid driver’s license is required if the incumbent is selected to perform related duties at an offsite location.
• American Heart Association BLS CPR certification.
• As a Physical Therapist II - minimum of 2 years work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct physical therapy services to patients.
• Demonstrates an appropriate level of clinical skill with evaluations and treatment plans.
• Evaluates patient status and plans therapeutic programs to treat movement dysfunction.
• Uses excellent communication to educate patients and engage them in care.
• Stays updated on developments, techniques, and equipment in physical therapy.
• Maintains a well-rounded knowledge base and clinical reasoning to achieve outcomes.
